Drive financial took money that did not belong to them. When i wreck my car the insurance company did not total the car. The insurance wrote a check out to me and them. Drive told me to have the car repaired and sign the check and send it to them and they would sign it and send it to the body shop. Guess what I did. BIG MISTAKE They took the check applied it to the loan. Then told me I still owed them the rest of the money on my loan and it was my responsibility to pay the body shop off. They also got money from my gap insurance which I don't no how since the car title is still clear and was not totaled. I was with out a car for almost 6 months. Finally got a loan and paid them off. They are crazy and the harassing bunch of people I have ever dealt with. They are thiefs and don't care how the treat anyone. I hope someone will be able to take down Drive Finanical.
