Rude - no customer support - no aid t/supply mortgage!

We wound up somehow engaging in an ARM (adjustable-rate mortgage) after which have now been COMPLETELY rude within their insufficient aid. They stated they're not replacing anymore plus they simply send one to a pre-foreclosure hotline where you've to pay for an enormous charge and supply 1000000 files only for them to examine your mortgage to determine when they can help. They probably change you along and consider your cash. They've been so rude with PRIMARY/rates of interest down — they're increasing my cost again. THEY DON'T care if we are able to make sure they are or not & most probable we're likely to need to foreclose on our house. This type of person heartless... Don't use them as your bank!!!
