A call from Ms Judith Linn at drive..."Your account has been charged off" Ok I have been deputing a few things on my account for over six months I have the money but I refuse to pay if this foreign conglomerate refuses act on my request I strongly believe they are using fraudulent practices in not only giving loans but in there accounting, most of the people that get loans from them will not question how the accounting in done and have no other choice of a provider as there credit is bad The on border line of being harassing phone calls, are relentless. I believe Santander Consumer Finance is taking advantage of a lot of people They refuse to send me copies of all of the documents pertaining to my account I think it is my right to have access to all records and documents
