I guess I got lucky this time. This was supposed to be a company that would settle my credit card debt and give me one monthly payment. I was about to fork over all of my info to this guy, but decided to look him up first and found all kinds of bad things. He sent me a couple emails and I talked to him on the phone a couple times. The last time I talked to him, something just felt wrong. He wanted to do everything through email and on the phone. But I played along withoug giving any vital info, and he sent me an email asking for all of my credit card numbers and balances and my bank account and routing number "where my monthly payment would come from". This guy sounded lagit at first, but ended up trying to hard and gave himself away.
