Ripoff business mistreated and ripped off California

I got a aria visa in 1999, I always paid on time, but in October they told me that they were going to send my acct. To another credit card company. They never told me my acct. Would be closed and interest rate raised to 29%. I paid on time if I had to send it western union quick collect. I wanted to build my credit so I could buy me a house someday, now I will never be able to do it, this company has left me broke and very upset.
I know that they have been sued before, and I know that they knew that my acct. Would be closed by the card services company.

I have called the attorneys at Class Actions.com and Iam waiting for them to call back. And Iam going to call the consumer Protection in the State of Indiana. Hopefully there will be something that can be done to stop this rip-off from being perpatrated against me and a lot of other people.
