Bank Corp Visa ripoff

Back in 1999 I receved a providian Visa in san jose Ca. My Credit Limit Started At $ 300.00 and just to receive the card it cost me $50.00 and it was an unsecured Line of credit.By the fall of the same year 1999 around 10/1999 I opted to close my acct. I sent out the balance of est amount $ 253.00 to pay it off.

3 months after I ran a trans union report on my credit
and noticed that providian had placed a negative slow pay or non payment on my report of $1,499.00 and when I disputed the amount With providian the acct was transfered or sold Stadis

I've reported it with all consumer credit reporting agents Equifax, trans union, Ect. I did this 5 to Six times and its still has messed up my credit ever since!

There's others like Cross Country Bank Souix falls so De and house Hold credit

Please help if possible for me to Take action against these CO.
