Cash Transfer Centers, Deceptive Tactics to Collect a Debt

I was laid off a few months ago and I have sent them an email before the due date that I was laid off and to stop debiting my account because I would like to make payment arrangements instead. I emailed them again but then I got no answer from them. Again on September 18th, I sent a fascimile stating the same intentions not to debit my account. However, for some reason, they used a different way to collect the debt by using my debit card and sent it as a purchase which is deceptive.
I immediately filed for a dispute with my bank considering that I also went in to tell them to stop this company from taking money from my account. I also filed for a fraud with my bank and I am going to file a complaint against them with the Attorney General's office. I mean, this company is not doing business right. And as I was told by Reg before when I first talked to him, the company will " use all means to collect that debt". It is very sad.in another website it states that there is a CEASE and DESIST against this company but i do not know why. I need to get into this more.
