Asset Acceptance
EVERYONE SHOULD FILE COMPLAINT WITH MICH AG Asset reaging credit reports ripoff

Business & Finance

Everyone who has ever been a victim of this horrific company needs to immediately file a complaint with the Michigan attorney generals office at
http://www.michigan. Gov/ag/

This company is out of control. They have sent me a bogus validation of a debt they say I owed from Dell Computer - this debt far exceeds the statute of limitations but Asset being the scum they are continue to try to collect. I don't owe them. They are junk debt buyers; to make matters even worse they have re-aged the debt on all 3 of my credit reports and now I have to fight to get them off. Once they realize they cannot collect from me I'm sure they will sell this debt again - and my problems start all over again.

Enough is enough! After speaking with the Michigan attorney general's office today they have encouraged me to file a complaint which I have done-maybe if we ALL file complaints the MIchigan AG will finally do something about this company.
