Subprime loan office of the president

I have had so many "modifications" payment plans" its hard to go thru all of them but what was supposed to be hlep has always raised my interet payments and loan amount. Whenever i call i always am told something different. Then i was tole i was 'flagged" for the attorney general retention program" i also was informed by countrywide my laon informaton had been stolen by a countrywide employee -it seems they can have corruptive acts steal your information lie to you and no one does anything. I have contacted all programs i can find for hlep to keep my home and now have been informed my loan is in the "office of the president" it was "escatled up the ladder" due to my complaints but am told this is a "good thing" then i was told my loan will b put in the "holding tank" wile this new program is figured out. Does tis sound familiar to anyone? When i asked the to explain waht that means and asked who the president was they hung up on me. I was eve told "how can you have a loan with us and not know who the president is-and i will not answer you questions until you give me your loan number-even a general question of what does escalation of a loan mean any help please!!
