Bank Of America's Predatory NSF Fee Scam

My wife and I changed from Compass bank to BOA due to the fact that (at the time) they credited deposits before debits and processed transaction from the smallest amount first, then larger amounts. They have since changed their policy. The best I can tell the change occurred sometime around June 08. I have tried asking their customer service department to clarify their position on how they process transactions, but have met with a stone wall of silence. They simply won't tell you.

We have been hit with over 945.00 in NSF fees since July. The excessive fees have left us reeling, and we have actually had to borrow money to cover the fees, only to have MORE fees tacked on by BOA. It is a losing battle. We are taking our business to a local credit union.

All of the large banks do this. They are preying on the consumer who can least afford it. They should be ashamed!
