Rip-Offs!

This company is a rip-off and unethical! I recently closed my bank account and a man from BIG called my work stating that he was with the investigations department and that I was being investigated. Being concerned, I took his call. He kept me on the phone discussing my private and personal business among my co-workers and others. I even explained that I was at work with patients and I was busy. He was telling me that he was authorized to contact my HR dept and start a payroll deduction. I told him that I would mail in the payment. BIG only accepts bank drafts and payroll deductions and that if I could not provide a bank account that he would need to speek to HR and add an additional $400.00 to my balance. I asked why he didn't call me at home and he said that when I was home they were not in the office.

When I got home I decided to call and see if this was true. Of course not! I'm home from work talking to people at BIG. I was told two different stories from two different men. One said that I paid 6 payments the other said I paid 9 payments. One said that I missed payments the other said no I didn't. The only answers I got were the person was new or this was his first time on a live call or the other person was mistaken. Found out that I borrowed $225.00, paid back (so far) $360.00, and still owe $265.00. This $225.00 loan will have cost me $625.00 in money plus the embarrassment at work. I will never use this company again!!!
