Phone calls at work, my parents, admiting they are threating me on recording

I started to receive calls from Niagara Credit Solutions. I don't know why this company thinks abusive, out of line calls need to be made in order to get the debt collected. I am in a spot where I do believe they are not going to stop.

They have called my WORK Cell phone several times, my WORK several times, all of witch I have on recording. I have on my work's recording, for customer service purposes, a staff member threatening me then when i asked him if he was threatening me he says "yes". I have been told it was illegal for them to call me at work.

I asked my H.R. Department about them garnishing my wadges because the staff member told me that was his next step that day. She told me they have to take me to court first. The only real information I have to go on right now is what the H.R. Girl told me.

I don't know what I should do...

Should I email the recorded phone calls to a president in the company?
Should I get a lawyer?
Can they get into my bank account?

I was trying to pay off the debt but this company is really hard to deal with and I would rather go to another company if I could.???

If anyone has advise or anything to tell me please do.
