A TOTAL RIP OFF deceptive company internet

Hello, My name is Ivan and i have been ripped off by a internet based buisness called PioneerFirst. I was first introduced to the company by way of a television commercial.

Its amazing that a compnay thats crooked would advertise on cable tv for millions of people to know what company they are and what they do.

Like the other guy, i was also promised the card would arrive in a few weeks along with a cataloge. After i was informed that this wasnt a regular card i decided to go with it anyway. But i didnt recieve my card till about 3 months later and i never recieved a cataloge. The number i was given was out of service so i had no one to get in contact with.

The letter that came with my card said that i would now have to go to the web site to order my merchandise, but when i went there to check out these deals that were supposed to be given for ordering on the card, none of the products that i was looking for were there (stove, refrigerator).

I was told that the cataloge would feature any and every product i could think of, and they would be at discount prices. So i of course assumed that the website would feature the same products and deals that i originally signed up for.

The Bottom line is they took my money from my account (189.00) est. And shafted me with unfulfilled promises, false advertising, terrible costomer service and a lasting bad impression of these types of companies that say one thing and do another just because they know that the only contact you have of them is over the phone.
