Hart And Whitehall Office Talk about Overdraft Fees!

For the second time Fifth Third has robbed me of $296. I am so peeved I will be closing my account. Does anyone have a good phone number to get someone to reverse fees? I know they are cabable of this. I had an issue with an auto pay I had set up. I knew the funds were not there so I called the bank before it was to post and asked what my options were. 5/3 told me I could either pay a $33 stop payment fee, which was NOT guarenteed or just let the payment RETURN for a $33 fee. So, I thought letting it return would be just as well.

A few days later I checked my account and sure, they returned the payment but not before they held it for 24 hours so they could rack up $296 in fees. I filed a dispute, I see they gave me back $99 in fees, I'm out to find my other $197. If they are going to retun something, isnt it unethical for them to HOLD it?
