Getting on my nerves for nothing

I continue getting calls from First Revenue on an hourly basis for a credit card I thought I took care of 4 years ago. Someone had broken into my house in September of that year and stolen a bunch of stuff. I called Mastercard and cancelled the card, and told them it was possibly fraud.

Thought that took care of it. Nope. I have been getting calls every hour from FRA every day since the start of the year. I have told them that it was fraud and I thought I cleared it up with Mastercard, even got a letter from MC saying "we are investigating". BTW, the charges were for things like adult toys, and porn sites, which I find repulsive. I wrote to them in February asking them to stop contacting me, which they did, for about a month.

Now, they call me all hours of the night and day, even at times BEFORE or PAST when they should be calling. I have gotten calls from them as early as 7 am or as late as 10pm. Then, because of the stupid delay from when the reciever picks up, I am usually shouting hello, hello into the phone. Then their stupid CSR says something like, " well, if youre going to be rude, I'm going to take a nap." I ask to speak to a manager, and they say pretty much the same thing. DUH, of course im going to be rude to anyone who calls while I am sleeping unless it's my GF or family or something.

I have sent another letter today. I cannot take much more of this crap from these morons and their dot-headed moron CSRs. (No offense to the nice people from India out there).

If this continues after they get the second letter, I will be contacting an attorney. I don't need this frustration over something I though was over 4 YEARS AGO...
