They don't understand how to handle the escrow accounts. They overcharge, threaten you whenever you protest and attempt to employ scare tactics. Our cost went from 373 to 485 since the mismanaged the funds inside it. Should you attempt to contact them-it is difficult. They just offer an automatic phone number and that I have nevertheless not discovered a method to circumvent it.
