I only wish to state like alot of other are finding about this company Feb 1. I was in Truck dealer in Lake Whales florida. Looking to buy a truck for my business. I director to this company called Global Funding. I spoke with Michelle Turner ask me what I wanted to do and setting my appl. On Feb 5 Ispoke with Lindsey Miller expanding to me about terms and stated it set underwritting

Feb. 11 2008 a fax was sent to me with terms and Global Funding needing $8188.85 by bank check., paperwork. My wife and I setup all paperwork needed the bank check. Feb 13. It was sent out by Fedex the sameday. I have check with Global Funding and spoke with Jackie to comfrim all paperwork and funds where recieved she comfrimed and we have the Fedex to prove that. Feb 15 spoke with Jackie asked about a responds on my loan was told underwritting denied because of my co-signer. Even though this company give me the false intent this laon already was aproved and have underwitting setting the trems with contact they fax to me.

Feb 18 I spoke to Lindsey Miller asked what happen she told me underwritting which is in the same bluiding would not approve. I asked to speak with a manger she transfer me. I left a number of message no one called me back. I spoke with the dealer about this th dealer told me they have been having problems with three other clients with this company. Feb 19 I traveled from Port Saint Lucie to Clearwater florida to speak with Global Funding a very strange back corner office with no sign outside only on parking space saying global home funding went to the door Jackie open the door asked to spoke with a manger she said wait. Which was only outside the office and a ofice mange named Caig came out spoke to me I asked about my funds he stated to me he would handle this matter stated to me that a letter will be sent to me and it will transfer to a complance department and my money will be sent back that they only cut refund checks back to on 1st and 15th of each month and I will recieved my money back...

I keep calling Global funding they keep telling me to find another co-signer.

Feb 21 I spoke with Liz Gorden from Global Funding was told that she had a right to keep all my money and will only offer half my funds back to me. I told her she was in vol. Of 687.141 act of Florida State law and I have hired a lawyer and filed a complant with FTC, FL state attorny ger. Office. Better Buss. I ask anyone who has had the same dealing with company to contact the department fo finiance and rel. They are very interested in hearing about this company and have them on file with complants not only in this state in others as well do not let them get away with your hard earned working money.

The State Florida has the toughes fuard laws in the union, only you can stop a company like this. I have signed and notary letters by the dealer stating my case. Aswell the resolve not to let this company get away with this matter for the benfit of myself and others. Do not fall into this trap. Stand together and use the truth and law against them.
