FAIRBANKS CAPITAL Rip-off This company seems to be working under illegal practices Jacksonville

This company bought our mortgage loan in 1998. Since that date we have been threatened with forclosure, constantly harrassed, have had unexplained charges added to our account.

We have lived in this house for 24 years and never experienced a company such as Fairbanks Capital Corp. When we are 3 days past our due date, we are sent foreclosure mail. We have sent numerous letters and made numerous calls, trying to find out what is going on. Phone calls are never returned and letters are never answered When we are able to contact someone by phone, we are transfered so many times, each time starting the whole prosess over, then we are usually disconnected.

We have been charged fees for property inspections, for unknown reasons, have had charges on our statements that were not explained to us... But were told if not paid, they could fore - close. As of this date we are not behind in our payment, and are still receiving unexplained late charges on our statement.
