Gary Leigh Wow! They were good @ "sounding very sincere that they were helping you out. Not pushey, EVERYTHING was according to the letter of the law

They were offering a low 8.99% consolidation loan, at set rate, until paid off. No yearly fee. He was very courteous, offered to answer any questions, did
not appear to be in any hurry.

I asked several questions. One, how did they get my unlisted, do not call number? He also had other info that should not be available to him. He (Gary?) asked if everything sounded like something I could live with, payment, interest, extra payments, payoffs, etc.
I asked if I could call him back, after I had time to think about it and check my accounts. No problem, and he gave me the 800 number.

Fortunetly I have a family member who has been in the banking business for many years. I checked with him and he gave me the scam info with the Ripoff Website.
How do these companies stay in business. You really don't get much info about them from BBB. Thanks
