Passed numerous with same #. Now charging me for their fault. More charges everyday!

Firstly, I am on disability. Secondly, all i did was write 2 checks. The bank put the same checks (same #) through twice. Well i knew how much money I had in there but it is'nt enough to cover 4 checks! Only 2 checks. Now the bank (which was their fault for ("computer glitch") put them through twice and charging me late charges and fees and going back and cancelling (bouncing) all my other checks. This gives me a bad name in my community cause of a bank computer glitch that should have been taken care immediatly!
