Complaint Stole My Deposit Never Credited me for a night deposit

Money disappears from my bank account!
On October 8/9 I deposited checks into the night deposit at my local Charter One Bank in Broadview Hts, Ohio. The deposit never was credited to my bank account.
On October 12th I made another deposit in the night deposit of $280.79 all with checks. Last night, October 14th I saw online that my funds for $280.79 were still on hold. My balance showed over $700.00. This morning, mysteriously my $280.79 on hold funds DISAPPEARED! All of my balances were changed as if I never deposited that money. I called Charter One Bank and asked where my money was and even they couldn't tell me where it was, because it was not even showing on my record on their computers. After awhile, a teller called me back and had no explanation and had no idea what happened, but she said she could "assume" that a 'GLITCH" took place in the system, because of the holiday being on Monday! Had I have not checked my bank account daily, Charter One Bank would have been successful in stealing my money.
I must now contact all of my students who issued me checks to find out if those checks were cashed and who got my money.
I will never use the night deposit again and I will not keep my money in any bank. I don't buy the "Glitch" crap. I believe someone stole my money from the main office during last night and thought they could get away with it.
There should be someone we could file a report with and get some answers rather than being told a "Glitch" was the problem.
We have a serious issue here.
