Thinks they are above the law with their harassment

I am ABSOLUTELY APPALLED with Discover Card. Where on earth do they get off on pulling up my credit report and call up my parents all hours of the day AND night and harass them for over TWO WEEKS NOW. And on top of that, where does Discover Card get off on discussing my account details with my parents or with anyone else for that matter? Discover has NO RIGHT and NO BUSINESS to do this. These are TOTAL VIOLATIONS of the law for business practice. And WHY is Discover Card HARASSING my parents instead of calling me? I don't know. I DO NOT live with my parents. Discover HAS my number AND my address.

The two employees from Discover Card who keep harassing my parents all hours of the day AND night is this woman who uses the names of Krystal, Kristen and Stephanie [It's the same woman who uses different names to try to fool someone]. And this arabic sounding man who said his name was Hadeem. This Hadeem swore at my parents on the phone. This Hadeem and Krystal [Kristen, Stephanie, whatever the hell her name really is] are rude beyond rude in terms of asking all sorts of personal questions that have NOTHING to do with my account at Discover. My parents HAVE REPEATEDLY told Discover Card on the phone to CEASE AND DESIST calling and harassing them and that to call ME instead. Discover Card is STILL harassing my parents all hours of the day AND night AS OF THIS WRITING.

All of this harassment and violations just because I made a couple of late payments. I am thoroughly disgusted. I am beyond sorry assed that I ever had gotten a Discover Card. I wish that I had NEVER opened an account with them. Never. They rather violate all laws for what? It's CRIMINAL and SADISTIC what Discover Card does.

Anyone who has an account with Discover and is reading this, you would be VERY WISE to CLOSE your account IMMEDIATELY, and RUN AWAY from Discover card. I will seriously CLOSE my account ASAP. I will also be filing whatever criminal complaints are necessary, as Discover Card NEEDS TO BE PUT IN THEIR PLACE! Discover is JUST AS BAD as bofa [Bank of America] in my view. How they manage to stay in business is beyond me.
