Fradulent and Won't give us our Set aside money

We signed a contract with Debt Relief, USA 3 years ago. We had 5 creditor we turned over to them with two of them being settled, but the other three have done nothing but collect interest and gone to an attorney who has filed a judgement against my husband. Before we signed on with this company we had received a letter from the creditor who has a judgement against my husband wanting to settle for around $6,000, but at that time we had no money. Now this same creditor with the judgment wants $12,000.

Debt Relief, USA had done nothing with our remaining accounts for 1.5 years.
If we get any offers or notices from our remaining creditors we send them to Debt Relief, USA. We make numerous phone calls and leave messages and no one returns our calls.

According to Section 5 of the Client Settlement Agreement the Set-A-Side funds will be refunded to us within 15 business days of notification. We faxed and mailed a letter return receipt signature required (it was received, because I have the signature slip, so they can't say they didn't get it) on August 12 requesting to terminate DRUSA'S services and to get our set-a-side money back. We have yet to hear from them even after daily phone calls to their office. They have until September 5th to have the money back in our hands; otherwise, the paperwork is ready to file with our State Attorney Generals office and we have retained a local lawyer to get this settled and to hopefully help us with the judgement against my husband.

This company just takes your money and runs. BEWARE!!! They are Fradulent.
