Oh my god! When will these bastards be stopped! First its feloneous insurance that you have proven several times that you already have, then its raising the amount of your fixed rate payment should have seen it coming when we never received a letter stating that they had taken over-illegal-then all the sudden we are a couple months behing on our payment, threatened with foreclosure.

When I tried hundreds of times Lord only knows to straighten this out over the phone (I probably could have gotten my dog to fly first) I was yelled at, degraded, cussed out, and told to pay my bills, We have NEVER been late, then one day they state that they have "lost our records", well then how the hell do you think We're late? If you have "lost them", are they just assuming that we were late? Have since hired an attorney, they even try to jerk him around.

All we want now is a payoff to refinance, but they seem to have added $9000.00 to the payoff and we and the attorney have been jerked around 3 different states made to wait for 30,60 days at each location for someone to explain what the extra 9 grand is for, but so far no one can explain. Is it so hard to post a payment? And what are all the "legal fees" no one can explain? CROOKED LIARS!

They need to be held responsible for there crimes. If the average joe ripped off anybody like this he would go to jail for theft, harrassment, and intent to do harm. Please include us in any actions being taken against this horrible company.
