Forced insurance, lost records and $9,000 added to payoff

Oh my God! When will these bastards be stopped! First it's felonious insurance that you have proven several times that you already have, then it's raising the amount of your fixed-rate payment. We should have seen it coming when we never received a letter stating that they had taken over (illegal), and then all of a sudden we are a couple of months behind on our payment and threatened with foreclosure.

I tried hundreds of times, Lord only knows, to straighten this out over the phone (I probably could have gotten my dog to fly first). I was yelled at, degraded, cussed out, and told to pay my bills. We have NEVER been late. Then one day they state that they have "lost our records." Well, then how the hell do they think we're late? If they have "lost them," are they just assuming that we were late? We have since hired an attorney, and they even try to jerk him around.

All we want now is a payoff to refinance, but they seem to have added $9,000.00 to the payoff. We and the attorney have been jerked around in 3 different states and made to wait 30 to 60 days at each location for someone to explain what the extra 9 grand is for, but so far no one can explain. Is it so hard to post a payment? And what are all the "legal fees" no one can explain? Crooked liars!

They need to be held responsible for their crimes. If the average Joe ripped off anybody like this, he would go to jail for theft, harassment, and intent to do harm. Please include us in any actions being taken against this horrible company.
