Wrongful repo/Breach of Peace. Repo charges in multiple payments

I am saddened but yet elated that many have taken a step towards action and receiving justice. I have been with credit acceptance since February. I have found the company not to have good customer service although their claim seem to be to help those who struggle with re-establishing their credit a brighter future for credit building. I have found them to act more like debt collecters.

I made my payment through true pay who credit acceptance uses to collect payment. As you know Credit Acceptance tell you that you have 10 days to make your payment. Well the company who they use to collect money during this 10 day period takes a very lengthy time processing your payment which puts it after 10days now guess what you have a late charge what about a late charge upon a late charge, crazy enough? Not Yet, I reported thaty payment had been made within 10 days wanted charge credited Cred. Acc rep says no it is not our fault if it takes that long to process payment and even though you made the payment within the 10 days and it came afterwards you keep the late charge and it remained.

They tried to repo my truck well over 1 month ago police was involved, repo made false statements to police saying I hit tow truck driver with my vehicle not true my neighbor saw everything and will testify to it. My friend whom I called to help me was currently a chaplain with the police dept who responded was accused of hitting repo lady neighbor can also attest that this isn't true. The police locked him because furious repo people made accusations. What about Breach of Peace. 2nd occassion happened on August 7.

I had previously made payment on July 30th through what I thought was true pay. Payments are due on 24th of the month. I made through my savings account as I previously had did. The rep later I discovered after Cred Acc / was blowing up my mothers phone payment did not go through. We found out that the rep put in checking and not savings and Cred Acc had froze account on their end. This was only after they accused me of having insuffienct funds and saying my account was frozen from my end which I explained to them wasn't true. I had just left the bank doing transactions.

This all happened on Tuesday Aug 5th. I was talking with rep at ext. 2*. Who said well we switched from Tru Pay to Western Union and your bank don't allow us to take money out. She asked if I had a checking account and if I could take money out of savings and put it into checking. I agreed. I missed several appts that day Aug 5 taking care of something that was supposed to have already been taken care of. I told her I would do it on Wednesday. On Wednesday I called at least 3 times on hold all of the times music playing no live rep ever came to phone
