Everhome Mortage Pure Disappointment

I am the daughter of a now disabled Veteran. My mother has owned her home since 1986. She has always paid her mortage payments on time until recently. My mother recently suffered from three strokes which now she is disabled. My mother fell behind on her mortage for three months. I contacted Everhome Mortage to see if there was so sort of repayment plan that we can work out. Currently my mother mortage is $1,425. She only receives $365.00 from Veteran Compensation and $800.00 from Social Security Benefits.

I contacted XXX who is in charge of handling Veteran Cases. He set my mother up on a repayment plan for $1,635 which will leave her with no money to eat or even survive. I advised him that I contacted the Veteran Office and was advised that the repayment plan should not leave the Veteran entirely broke.

These people at Everhome Mortage have no heart and are not helpful at all. I need to know a person that I can contact at Everhome to help me lower my mother payments so that she will be able to atleast buy some groceries or medicine. My mother fought hard to protect this country and she should be treated with the upmost respect.

These people at Everhome is so busy telling you what they cant do! I need some contact information with someone who can guide me in the right direction. I feel all these mortage companies want is for people to go into default and then foreclose on thier homes.

Please someone who cares that currently work at Everhome Mortage guide me in the right direction.
