I have had the same problem Freeze the account or deposit no in the account tell 24 hrs or 2 days after dir deposit or elec. Transfers then the charge me 33.00 for unpaid dibits thank and forgiveness or we are sorry we will remitte checks, pay back money OH no I had a - 330.00 in unpaid ele, check HSBC bill pay!!! And so on I wrote My states atterney office! Kinda help!
