File a written complaint and report ALL of the illegal activities going on in that office. You can also report him to the NY State Attorney General at 1-800-771-7755. You can report him to the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357.

People, if you all make the authorities aware of all of Rephen's shady and illegal business practices, he will be shut down and stripped of his law license and probably imprisoned. You need to file for the truth to come out.
