Biggest scam artest ever

I first recieved phone calls from a very rude man named STEVE TUCKER from a place called "REPHEN LAW FIRM" in June of 08. He said that my husband and i had 2 bad checks that were turned over to his law firm. He told me that I needed to send him $359. I asked him to please fax or mail me a copy of the checks or some sort of document stating what I am paying for. He got very nasty and rude with me on the phone and refused to send me anything. This has gone on now for over a month. I was just about to send the money to him today when I just had this feeling that all of this didn't sound right. My mother-in-law was unable to find any listing of this law firm or even the "STEVE TUCKER". I then Googled "REPHEN LAW FIRM" and this site pulled up. What an aweful thing for these people to do! This type of thing should be illegal. I have filed a report with the Arkansas Attorney General's office which will be followed up on.
