Fairbanks Capital ripoff abused & mistreated tricked and lied to us screwed so many others too

About four months ago I quit recieving my monthly statements in the mail from Fairbanks Capital Corp. I recieved a letter telling me to send a check every month with my loan number in the memo area which I did and had no problems untill November.

I sent my payment in on Nov. 23. While balancing my checkbook on Dec 16th I noticed the only check that had not cleared was Fairbanks check.

I immediately called to find out why only to be treated like i was a criminal. First they're autimated phone system asks for your last four digits of your social security number.

Then you are greeted with the message "this is an attept to collect a debt". How rude!!! Then when one of their ignorant and rude representatives come on they hammer you with a list of questions to confirm who you are, where you work, how much money you make ect...

Finally I get to explain why I'm calling. They said they never recieved my payment. So they transfer me. I get disconnected. I called back eight times that day Having to go through this senerio each time.

Finally I get a person that seems like he cares. I explain that I called you to resolve this problem in good faith and how can we get my account squared away.

He told me I could make a phone payment right now at the cost of $15.00 and be caught up. So I did and also told him to make a double payment to cover Dec. Since it was due. So he did. He also told me to cancell the check I had mail since it was probably lost. So I did.

I then asked to be transferred to somebody so I could get my monthly statements coming again. Once again I got disconnected.
I called and went through the same crap again but this time I got to talk to "THE BITCH FROM HELL".

This was the rudest person I have ever talked to in my life. I asked why she was treating me like a criminal when I took it upon myself to call and make things good. She replied rudley to everything I said.

I explained that I had jut made a double payment and now I was leary of doing that because how do I know you won't go into my account and wipe me out? She replied "you don't know that" and hung up on me.

I decided to let it go and hope they would only take out my double payment. On Dec. 23 my payment was still not taken out. I called again and talked to Dametriaz. He checked the computer and found that the "BITCH FROM HELL" had put a stop payment on my phone payment.

I told him I never told her to do such a thing so he re-issued the payment and said it would come out of my account the next day. It did'nt.

On Dec. 30 (my birthday) I recieve a wonderful birthday present from Fairbanks notifying me that I could loose my home because I have not made my last payment. I call again.

I get into it wit this lady because she said I had cancelled my original check which they supposably never recieved. I asked to talk to her supervisor and he assured me my account was up to date and to dis-regard the letter and throw it away.

I thanked him and he apologized for all the hassels I had and said the holiday mail screwed everything up. Finally I felt relieved.

November 4th I recieve another letter telling me my check came back marked "NSF" or "NOT PAID". I am back to square one again and do not know what to do.

My doctor prescibed me medication to calm me down and to be able to sleep. I plan on consulting with an attorney on Monday. If anybody knows about a class action suit please contact me.
