Lies lies and run arounds

Modifaction/rate reduction are all lies. Its been 6 months since i applied for a rate reduction i have an adjustable rate to set in september. Just today i was told i was approved got my hopes up for nothing i curenlty have a high intrest rate of 10% all they did was lock it 4 five years and made my payment higher than it already is i have 3 choices sign the papers have it lock for 5 years or dont sign and i will have an adjustable rate and last option is to lose my house those were the options that were given to me were is the help of amercias # 1 leander they are not going to help anyone they told me to call in october when the new bill passes through maybe they can help what do we do helpppppp
