Lies Lies Lies made me pay over 6k in fees that he said was tax deductible, my accountant said it is not!

I was referred to Brian Boodram / Premier Mortgage by the realtor I was working with. From the begining I knew something was up when I asked for a approval letter and he sent me a preapproval letter!!! He said the preapproval letter was standard and I would get the approval once my information was verified.

After a 3 week process my contract was about to expire, the next thing I know is that I am signing docs at a lot higher interest rate and origination fee??? I asked about the increase in the rate and cost and he told me it was not his fault, that the lenders rates fluctuate. He told me that that it worked out better for me to pay a higher rate because of tax purposes??? I was forced to sign, it was either sign or lose the house!!
