Had 2 charges on my card for 1 for $39.85 and 1 for $129.85 what is this?

This has to be a company about federal grants that is the only thing that I can think this could be I don't know, the only thing that shows on my statement is online/bizmarketing nothing else I have 2 charges 1 for $38.85 and the other is for $129.85 why are people like this. Can't they get jobs of their own and make their money working like me and others.
