Rip-off

I am so angry about this I could just scream.

I have been financially strained these past several months due to having a disabled grandson who has been requiring multiple extensive, expensive medical treatments and surgeries.

My husband and I have been helping our daughter with the burden. With the holidays approaching, I was led to believe this company was going to help us have a good holiday despite the past stressful months.

Initially, I did receive the package, but was puzzled as I was under the impression I would receive the credit card immediately. I just thought I was an air-head and didn't listen well during the first phone call. When I called to get my refund, the said they needed to review the taped initial phone conversation. If I indeed was misled, they would refund my money... I was getting a sick feeling already at this time.

I called when instructed and spoke to another operator. She said I was entitled to the refund and it would be posted to my account by the end of the following week.

It didn't happen. So I called again.

This time, the reason was that their refund processor had problems and they would be getting the refund to me by the following Tuesday, which was this past Christmas Eve. As you can guess, it didn't happen. Now, nobody answers the phone and their 800# has changed again. And now the 60 days has passed and probably won't see the much needed $199. I am just sick!!
