1st Bank Delaware - Continental Financial
They are suing me on a card I've never had & can't get through to anyone thei

I found this on my credit report. I disputed the report and sent them a letter, they denied my dispute and never responded to my letter.

I have received a threatening letter from P&B Capital Group, LLC a collection agency for 1st Bank Delaware.

I called them last weekend asking them to call me Monday to clear this matter up they never called.

I called back today and got an arrogant person that didn't want to listen to anything I had to say, I asked him to fax me something with my signature he had nothing and said that would have to be ordered from the client and he refused to do that.

I'm in the middle of a rock and a hard place, if I don't pay the bill (which I'm not) my credit is in the dumper, so what is one to do?
