I applied for a cas advance. On july 23 they took out a $19.00 fee and never let me know if my loan was approved or denied. I have tried to email them and i can't get my mail sent. I haven't heard from them since then

I applied for a cash advance of $200 on 7/21. On july 23 they took out a $19.00 processing fee for first time users. I was never notified if my loan was approved or denied. I can't seem to get in touch with them. Every time i go to email them an error message comes up that is noone by that email address. Please help me get my $19.00 back. I appreciate this very much. I work two jobs to get by and what these people did to me really hurts.
