We have a 30 year arm in which at the end of the 30 yr. Mortgage we still owe $154,000 balloon pymt. We were never told until the ombudsman at sps told us. Now we are trying to get a loan mod & our house is under water, but the papers they want us to sign is 3 month of payments & then they would consider a loan mod. We are scared that they will not & then we cannot save money to move somewhere else. We paid 226,000 for the house, but it's only worth about 140,000. I saw your comment on here Mr. Kinsey, can you help? Thank you
