Legal affidavit law firm identity theft scam!

I recieved a call on my cell phone and was unable to pick up, when I had time to pick up the phone I had a voicemail. It was from a man stating that it was a time sensitive message and to not ignore the call because I would suffer the consequences tomorrow he was very rude with a strong mid eastern accent.

So I call the number back in shock really not understanding what is going on and a man answers the phone and asks for my case number and what my name is, he then stated the last four of my social and who I bank with as well as my account number. He stated that I was going to be charged with 3 counts of fraud and that I have stole funds from US Bank and it's affiliates and they are choosing to take me to court and I would be arrested tomorrow at my home or at my work. He stated that I logged onto US Bank web site and made some kind of loan transfer to my bank account. I asked how much money is it he told me 5,484! He told me my sisters name, I was very upset at that point so I started asking questions I asked how much the loan was for he stated that US Bank did not give him the exact amount, I then asked what the company name was he stated that he was with the legal affidavit department and they were a law firm. I asked for the address and he paused, I asked three times and he finally told me.

I asked the man to fax me a copy of what he was reading and he said it would be (defamation of charactor.) I was at this point getting suspicious, I was asking more and more questions and the man seemed like he was becoming upset. At that point he stated I would suffer the consequences tomorrow and hung up. I then googled the address and and came up with this web site and the first thing I seen was scam alert! I about fell over.
