DAVID MONK Refuses to provide verification of DEBT, one debt collector said I had to call CC, another said no

Spoke with another "rep" from ARS on August 4th, this is the fifth time in the six weeks. Told them not to call, again. Asked for VOD... Gave various humorous explanations (see BS) about why they didn't have to or said I had to call the CC issuer. Sure.

Debt has been written off, is over 7 years-old. These guys are a scam! Just hang up on them, their threats are toothless.
