Your 1st mtg was deceptive 2/99 (these were prosecuted and therefore are out-of company) so when we went into issues with that citifinancial (we'd a superb debt been refinanced repeatedly) stated perform a 2nd mtg 11/99. No evaluation, NECESSARY INSURANCE and all towards the melody of 18.99%. We recently discovered the predatory lending regulations. However it is too late claims our lawyer. Your state regulations wont let's do something about this since after 5 years they're under an umbrella so we're resting below keeping the "carrier". I Attempt calling Citifinancial plus they claim "Not our Issue Ha-Ha" Properly the laugh is on a lot of people within this condition. I'd prefer to notice from others within this condition who've been offended by the corporation replacing repeatedly and receiving away withit.
