Took Money Out Of My Bank Account To Pay Somebody elses DEBTS

This company which I never heard of untill they completley took everything in my checking and savings account. Come to find out this company took the money to pay a debt, not mine. When i contacted them they assured me they talked to the owner of the account and it was ok! Excuse me... Lady thats me and further more I dont have a clue who you are or this person listed here on my bank account, the bank did give me the womans name. This all happened on a wednesday well thursday came and went friday which is today, my bank now showing 5 overdraft fees from pendind transactins before all this, 2 more pendig. Portfolio services acknoledged there mistake and says "We'll credit your account back in 30 days"Now they have all my money so I cant buy groceries, gas or even worst a few weekend beers. So can somebody please help me Ive never felt so helpless in y life!
