The company threatened me in a horrible manner!

When I contacted this company to make arrangements on the debt I owed, they said that they could not take less than 10% as a down payment of the amount totally owed. They threatened me with court and the manager there yelled at me for having a car payment and said that I am irresponsible and did this to myself. That he couldn't help me as long as I owned a car and that I should have let it be repo'd.
He went on to say that my spending habits are WAY out of hand and that I am punishing myself with my actions. He never took into consideration that I am in the mortgage and real estate industry in southern california during the worst time in real estate and lending EVER!
He told me he would call my wife, mother and anyone else he could to ruin my life!
