Bank Fees on Checks Cashed by Non-Customers

"US Bank", 5th/3rd Banks and maybe yours is ripping, ripping off of those of us who are customers and non-customers. These Banks are charging fees of $5.00 to $10.00 per check, you or me will write on our "US Bank" accounts to pay for work done, or checks we give to sons, daughters or grand children if they don't have an account with that bank. (Example: you give your grandchild $ 100.00 of your money by your "US Bank" check and they take it to a "US Bank" and your grand child does not have a bank account with the US Bank then the US Bank is going to charge them $ 5.00 to cash your check and only give them $ 95.00 of the $100.00 you gave your grandchild.

These fees are not right, and I suggest we all look for a bank that is more customer friendly and tell "US Bank" and other banks with this policy to stick it. Howard.
