Ripoff Harrassing Phone Calls Won't Stop

I am writing this in regards to the harrassing tactics Cross Country Bank uses in trying to collect a debt. Over the past 1 and a half I got behind in payments on my credit card bills. My other creditors have been very understanding and have tried working with me on this issue.

Cross Country Bank however has become more than a thorn in my side. Not only would they not work with me on trying to assist me in setting up a payment plan they when I have made payments would only demand more and more money. Of course in their book they are only trying to help me pay down Maintenance Fees, Service Charges, Interest Fees, Etc that they have continued to add on even when I was in a credit counceling program (they would not work with these folks either).

Since January the harrassing phone calls have been endless. Calling my home as many as 20 times a day. Then they started calling my job. They have continued to do so even though I have explicitly ask them to stop and explained that if they continued they would cause me to lose my job. I live with and take care of my 80 year old mother... At one point a man from this company demanded my 80yr. Old mother to wake me and that if she didn't he would continue to call every 5 mins.

Until she did (this was after my mother explained to him that I worked mid-8am and that he needed to call back at a time in the morning when I would be able to speak with him). I need help in stopping these phone calls especially those on my job. Where can I turn to get help with this problem? Who do I talk with and where can I report these people?
