Similar to Rose Mount Morris, Michigan, credit card billed before ever receiving paper work

I first saw this site when I put the name "Resolutions Center" in a search engine and the letter from Rose of Mount Morris, Michigan came up. Her story is similar to mine except that they charged $999. To my credit card before they even sent the paper work to me.in one of your additional letters the person says to check the site: 800notes.com/Phone. Aspx/1-877-696-1474 which is the phone number they repeated gave me when I spoke to them on the phone. If you will check that site you will see that there are many complaints about this number and this company.

When I received the paper work in the mail I realized that this was not something that I trusted so I kept it and did not send it in and in the meantime called American Express to question the charge.

I tried to call the company to cancel the whole thing but they refused to do so without a "negotiation conference", which I manage to postpone for a few days until I can get additional help with this problem. I feel the same way as Rose did, that will just give them an excuse to charge me.

Besides entering the complaint here I also intend to go back to the 800notes website and add my complaint to the many that are already there.

This company takes advantage of people who are desperate to fix their credit problems and misrepresents themselves by giving one "Federal ID numbers" and saying they are working with the stores and services that receive the card charges and who want to lower the interest so people will keep using their cards. Unfortunately, I believed them long enough to give them my information.
