Harrassing phone calls

I've been inundated with calls from GE Cash for all weeks... Atleast 8-10 calls every day, including Sunday. They begin about 8:30 AM and proceed during the day and nicely in to the night. Checking the calls created three individual phone numbers (980) 233-2735; (678) 518-3092; (330) 433-5816. They never appear to wish to really speak with me, because they rapidly hang up the phone the moment I reply. Why?

So far as I understand, I've never completed company with one of these individuals...
