Harrassing Phone calls all day & all night!

I have been in a debt consolidation program, and still I get 20- 30 calls a day from NCO. The same guy "Sam" calls from ten different phone numbers, and constantly wants me to send money. No way. I feel helpless and the stress of the phone ringing night and day leaves me to wonder if I should change my number. Please help. I am calling the FTC, but any immediate advice would be great
