Fraud?

I "settled" a debt on ncofinancial.com in January, and did a cutandpaste of the verification page to show cost. Lately, I acquired another notice from their store requesting exactly the same cost... Same lender, same quantity. I have noticed related occasions on various other sites about NCO. I am simply stating, I've no method of understanding the things they really are performing with all my own info!
