Some months back I recall experiencing an identical notice, but we ripped it-up and put it away as he thought it had been a fraud. The notice appeared SIMILAR TO THE notice we've today obtained.
We received a notice from their store declaring these were involved by Resurgent Capital Providers, gas, to solve my overdue debt of $1,756.79. They claim they'll take $263.52 as cost entirely if settled within 45 times.
They claim the prior lender is NCO Portfolio Management - First Us
They state the present lender is LVNV Funding LLC. They provide a merchant account # 191385822.
We called them and stated we never heard about these businesses, plus they stated that was good, not a problem.
WHO'D take this type of small percentage of this type of great amount due? Debt collectors boost the statement with costs and curiosity. They don't decrease the statement. Not that I've noticed.
