Forclosure is all they want very bad company

We are in the same position of many reporters here. We tried everything and were never behind until they started assessing fees and penalties we had no knowledge of. Finally after getting nowhere asking them to prove any mistakes were made on their part or any proof of fee schedules, we agreed to a repayment plan because they started threatening foreclosure and we were scared. After months of our payments raising almost to twice what they started at, we had our bank contact them for a payoff amount so we could get away from them and start over somewhere else. We had no problem with the payments, just the unjustified raising of them. As soon as we requested a payoff amount, they filed foreclosure and we were served a week later. They have thousands of dollars in escrow and won't apply it because we are now $15,000 behind in fees and penalties.

Anyway, we have a property attorney working on our case, but I just wanted to pass along to all of you out there, if you don't already know, with problems with Saxon, contact the person below, they will pass complaints on to Senators that need to know this so we can shut them down.

Good luck, and contact me if you want, we need a US Attorney General to file a class action suit and local attorneys to do the same in your state. Call, email or send a letter to your local reps or senators. Saxon has already quit taking on new mortgages, lets put them out for good!
